The Annual Meeting of the State Procurement Program 2026 is a strategic platform organized by the Ministry of Finance, in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Qatar Development Bank, and Qatar Chamber

 

The meeting aims to strengthen integration between the public and private sectors by showcasing upcoming government procurement plans and opening new avenues for local companies and entrepreneurs to actively engage in the procurement market

 

The third edition of the meeting will take place from 20–22 October 2025 at Hall 1 of the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre, aiming to build on the considerable success of previous editions. Held under the theme “One Vision, Varied Opportunities,” the meeting continues to serve as a vital platform for enhancing public-private collaboration. The last edition saw over 2,000 participants and 980 representatives from various economic sectors, reflecting the importance of this event as an effective forum for networking and partnership-building

 

With the participation of more than 16 government entities, this year’s agenda features a set of renewed focus areas, including workshops on key topics such as procurement policies and legislation, digital transformation in procurement, company classification, and updates on the Local Value Program for 2026

Panel discussions will also address support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), investment opportunities, cost optimization, competitiveness, and the promotion of local products
